Train Hits The Road with “California 37″

Train is spending their summer on the road. After releasing their new album, California 37 earlier this week, the band announced they will be boarding the bus and making their way across the U.S.

The trio starts the tour in Canada on July 10 before they make their way to Charlotte, North Carolina on July 26. The “Soul Sister” hit makers will hit major cities like New York, and Los Angeles before finishing up on September 30 in Phoenix, Arizona. Mat Kearney and Andy Grammer will warm up the crowd as openers for the tour.

Daughtry Releases Charity Single

Chris Daughtry had one easy task: write a song for charity. The only catch was it had to be inspired by the words “pacific standard time.” The song Daughtry came away with for Esquire Magazine’s Songwriting Challenge was, “4:00 A.M.” a modest lullaby that has him scaling back from his usual rock anthems.

Using only an acoustic guitar, the American Idol alum told the men’s publication, “When I got into music, I wanted to learn the guitar just enough to be able to write songs. I wanted to be able to express myself.”

Miley Cyrus Is Rushed To Hospital After Kitchen Mishap, Gives Update To Fans

It might be best if Miley Cyrus stays out of the kitchen. Late Monday night she sliced her finger while cooking and was rushed to the hospital. Photographers were all over the incident, immediately following her there.

Perez Hilton told B96/Chicago this morning, “Miley Cyrus was in the hospital yesterday. She was rushed to the emergency room late Monday night after cutting herself badly enough with a kitchen knife to be hospitalized.”
